News from Pastor Mancel Day and Barrow Baptist Church. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10;30 a.m. morning worship with nursery service and kids church available. Everyone is welcome to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Nov. 20, we had 23 attending Sunday school and 36 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Others to remember include Junia Day, Lois Hart, Connie Sturgeon, Bob Krempasky, Josh and Judy Cannon, Madisyn SmithDale and Kathy Lear, McKenna Neff, Delores and Karla Cannon, Josh Henson, Paul Lai, Mike Keenan, Art Rogers, Chuck Roberts, Mary Ellen Reynolds, Journee Vinyard, Raymond Martin, John Kennedy, Jessica Andrews, Anita Ross, Rich Icide, Caleb Briscoe and family, Darren and Shelly Pohlman, LaNise Kirk, Ray Steele, Lori Caffery, Karla Schmidt, and the families of Wilbur Gregory, Greg Walker, and Gordon Schutz.
Happy birthday wishes go out to Judy McCurley Nov. 24 and Larry Forrester Nov. 25. There are no anniversaries to report.
We will be decorating the church next Sunday after church and then having soup and sandwiches for lunch.
