The Bluffs FFA Chapter had 16 members attend the Section 13 Agronomy Career Development Event (CDE) on Nov. 15. They traveled to Greenfield and spent the day identifying crop seeds, identifying weeds and insects that affect local crops, identifying agricultural machinery, and evaluating grain, hay, and silage samples.
The Greenhand team placed fifth and the Varsity team placed third in the section. They had Jade Hamilton place seventh in the top 10 individuals.
