The St. Mary School eighth grade hosted a fall dance on Oct. 7 as a class service project. The dance was conducted to collect toys and raise money to be donated to the Calhoun Angel Tree. The students’ creativity and artistic talents were seen in their “Neon Lights” themed decorations.
Students painted cutouts and used black lights for the photo backdrop. The dance was a success thanks to everyone’s help. Altogether, the class raised a total of $409 and a cart full of toys.
