The following police reports were filed between December 23 and December 29. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Elliott, Robert L., dob 7-02-1964, possession of meth less than five grams.
Howland, Tyler, dob 11-11-2003, obstruct justice/destroy evidence.
Roth, Kaleb G., dob 3-28-2004, burglary, theft control intent between $500-$10K, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Vanhooser, David E., dob 12-08-1970, violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Walkington, Keaton R., dob 2-16-1997, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, disregard official traffic-control device.
The following individual was charged with a domestic violence violation:
Campbell, Bryce E., dob 1-11-2002, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Woodhouse Alexander, Malcom D., dob 1-15-2002, driving on suspended license, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Al Gburi, Adham Basheer M., dob 3-18-1995, failure to yield/private road/drive.
Hubbard, Jeremy M., dob 9-19-2001, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Newby, Stephanie N., dob 11-15-1985, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
