The following police reports were filed between December 1 through 31, 2022. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Clendenny, Todd A., dob n/a, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Toney, Catherine T., dob 7-16-1963, driving on suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with traffic violations:
Hagen, Dale H., dob 9-09-1935, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Russel, Daniel P., dob 5-01-1961, unregistered/expired registration.
Franklin, Diana Fern, dob 1-22-1950, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Dowell, Eric L., dob 3-27-1992, improper traffic lane usage, failure to reduce speed.
Callender, Cory M., dob 4-12-1989, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Toney, Catherine T., dob 7-16-1963, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
