News from Barrow Baptist Church and Pastor Mancel Day. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship with nursery service and kids church available. Everyone is welcome to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Jan. 8, we had 20 attending Sunday school and 28 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Others to remember include Lois Hart, Junia Day, Rod and Connie Sturgeon, Josh and Judy Cannon, Bob Krempasky, Madisyn Smith, Judy Bigley, Brian McKinney, Delores and Karla Cannon, M. B. Williams, Zayva Duba, Art Rogers, Mike Keenan, Khalil Heyman, Chuck Roberts, Paul Lair, Raymond Martin, Karl Schmidt, Michael Hazelwood, Darren and Shelly Pohlman, LaNise Kirk, Journee Vinyard, Danyel Staats, John Kennedy, Jessica Andrews, Breigh Dawdy, Doug Wedderstein, Anita Ingram, Gordy Cotter, Danny Hatcher, Annalea Steele, and the families of Van Alred, Shirley Price and Larry Derricks.
Happy Birthday wishes go out to Blanche Price Jan. 18. There are no anniversaries to report.
Our monthly ladies luncheon will be held Tuesday, Jan. 17, at noon in the fellowship hall. All area ladies are welcome.
Rich Caskey sang “The Man I’m Looking For” during morning worship.
