Felonies:
Fenstermaker, Kyle W., dob 9-14-1988, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), two years probation/special conditions, drug treatment, 30 hours public/community service.
Parker, John E., Jr., dob 5-07-1972, was found guilty on a charge of felony possession/use weapon/firearm, four years Department of Corrections, costs only. Charges of felony possession/use weapon/firearm, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D) and theft stolen intent between $10K-$100K were dismissed.
Misdemeanors:
