The following police reports were filed between December 30, 2022 and January 5, 2023. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:

Bain, Izaia James, dob 2-24-2003, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Clothier, Darian L., dob 5-08-1980, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Fish, Benny E., dob 9-01-1974, driving on revoked license, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jones, Dylan J., dob 8-07-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jones, Jeremy Wayne, dob 11-18-1978, driving on revoked license.
Jordan, Charles E., Jr., dob 5-20-1984, speeding 35+ mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
