The following police reports were filed between January 6 and January 12. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ganz, Richard D., dob 4-04-1971, threaten a public official.
Plunkett, Samuel M., dob 11-26-1983, violate order/notice/prior violation order of protection.
Reed, Robert W., dob 10-26-1981, theft/control less than $500/prior.

The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Davis, Michael O., Jr., dob 3-11-1995, cause child to be endangered.
Fitzgerald, Mckaila G., dob 9-17-2004, battery/cause bodily harm.
Jones, Angelica M., dob 9-05-1987, unlawful display title/certificate/plate – 1st.
Law, Walter E., dob 7-26-1962, reckless conduct.
Reed, Robert W., dob 10-26-1981, theft/stolen/known deprived less than $500.
Walker, Amber, dob n/a, violate order of protection.

The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Knestaut, Isaak Thomas, dob 2-18-2001, possess drug paraphernalia, possess cannabis less than 10 grams.

The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Phillips, Andrew H., dob 10-22-1995, driving under the influence of alcohol.

The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Abner, Jordan, dob 6-28-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Boone, Richard E., dob 9-10-1963, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered/expired registration.
Chapman, Heather N., dob 2-13-1985, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Collins, John David, dob 9-23-1981, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Davis, Michael O., Jr., dob 3-11-1995, driving on suspended license, reckless driving, stop/stand/park/non-business district.
Ehlers, Madison I., dob 10-16-2001, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Lambert, Aaron Eugene, dob 12-23-1971, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Pichee, Adam L., dob 9-27-2001, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Shewmake, Amber L., dob 5-17-1982, driving on suspended license.

Lieber, Samuel Nicholas, dob 2-27-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Luttrell, Tamika N., dob 12-08-1976, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Pace, Danielle J., dob 7-01-1988, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Roberts, Steven A., dob 9-25-1955, unlicensed.
