Crime Stoppers of Pike County awards a one-time, non-renewable $1,000 scholarship to assist a high school student who intends to pursue a career in law enforcement and/or criminal justice. To be eligible, the applicant must be a graduate of a Pike County, Ill. high school and be a permanent resident of Pike County at the time of graduation, as well as having a major in law enforcement and/or criminal justice. The deadline for a completed application for the upcoming school year is April 1.
