The following police reports were filed between February 10 and February 16. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Herron, Jeffrey L., dob 1-15-1973, aggravated domestic battery/strangle.
Kraushaar, Dennis R., dob 3-12-1974, meth delivery between 15-100 grams.
Ray, Amy S., dob 2-20-1995, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), obstructing identification, possess drug paraphernalia.
Sanders, Eric M., dob 6-12-1973, two charges of possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sunderland, Timothy D., dob 7-31-1998, theft/display merchandise/less than $300/prior conviction.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:

Nevlin, Logan R., dob 1-22-1996, driving under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug, improper traffic lane usage, failure to reduce speed.
The following individual was charge with domestic violence:
Bannister, James H., dob 10-23-1971, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charge with an ordinance violation:
Gray, Joshua D., dob n/a, junk, trash, refuse, unlicensed and inoperable vehicle.
Klaas, Jeff, dob n/a, junk, trash or refuse, inoperable vehicle.
Widman, Schon D., dob 2-16-1996, possession of cannabis less than 10 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
