Hello from Pastor Mancel Day and Barrow Baptist Church. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. for Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship with nursery service and kids church available. Everyone is welcome to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Feb. 26, we had 23 attending Sunday school and 35 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Others to remember include Lois Hart, Junia Day, Rich Caskey, Rod and Connie Sturgeon, Bob and Stephanie Krempasky, Hunter Carriger, Madisyn Smith, Judy and Josh Cannon, Karl Schmidt, Sheryll Herschberger, Jessica Andrews, Klalil Heyman, M. B. Williams, John Kennedy, Danyel Staats, Rich Icide, Darren and Shelly Pohlman, Journee Vinyard, Jeanna Kallal, Betty Bruce, Delores and Karla Cannon, Mike Keenan, Paul Lair, Chuck Roberts, Pattie Ann Anthony, Connie Fair, Raymond Martin, Jonah Hart, Lance Eldred, and the family of David Reno.
Happy birthday wishes go out to Jodi Carriger March 6. There are no anniversaries to report.
Don’t forget that March 17 is game night at 6 p.m. Corned beef and cabbage will be furnished. Bring a side dish and dessert and plan on a fun time. Tuesday, March 21, will be our monthly ladies luncheon at noon in the Fellowship Hall.
Don’t forget Saturday, March 11, we will set our clocks ahead one hour. Don’t be late for church.
During morning worship Rich Caskey sang “Amazing Grace.”
