Clothing and food give-away this Saturday in Nebo
Can you quite believe we get to spring forward this coming week? be sure to get those clocks set forward Saturday night! And from what I gather, this will be the last one and time will stay as is from here on out, no fall back. Hard to believe that one!
The D.O.G. house in Nebo will be having a clothing and food giveaway for those in need this Saturday, March 11, from 1 to 3 p.m.. There is a lot of coats, jackets, and hoodies from infant to adult, kids clothes of various sizes some new with tags. New Underwear, new socks and many other items. There will be food boxes to giveaway with meat and other items also. Everyone welcome.
Reminder that the Crescent Heights Cemetery clean up will be around March 15, everything that is on and around the grave sights will be removed. Please see that you get the flowers, shepherd hooks, etc. that you want to keep to help these fine cemetery folks!
American Legion will be having a fish dinner this coming Sunday 11a.m.-1p.m.
Alexis Pradella, from Yukon, Okla., daughter of Marcela and Kirstin Pradella and granddaughter of late Charles and Vivian Anderson, received the National Technical Honor Society award. This award is provided in recognition to top students in career and technical education. To say the least, her parents and family are so proud! Congratulation Alexis on this honor!
