On Feb. 26, at 6:13 p.m., the Pike County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a threat complaint in Pleasant Hill.
Subsequent to an investigation, Gary L. Segebart, 41, of Pleasant Hill, was arrested on charges of obstructing justice.
Segebart was arrested and lodged in the Pike County Jail. He appeared in court Feb. 28 and had a bond set at $15,000. He has paid bond and was released on the condition he stay 500 feet from the victim.
