West Central had three players selected to the Western Illinois Valley All-Conference boys’ basketball team.
The Cougars finished 23-9 and 8-1 in the WIVC. West Central and Routt finished as Co-Champions of the WIVC. West Central beat Routt 50-48.
Zack Evans and Chance Little were both selected to the first team. Jaydon Howard was selected to the second team.
Other members of the first team included Nolan Killion, Will Merwin and Michael Wilson from Routt, Cole Behymer and Sam Carr from Brown County, Aiden Neathery and Ryan Snow from Triopia and Wyatt Lipcamon from Griggsville-Perry.
Members of the second team included Talon Albrecht and Dylan Pembrook from Greenfield-Northwestern, Lane Lipcamon and Michael Myers from Griggsville-Perry, Chase Caselton and Conner Longnecker from Calhoun, Bryson Mossman from Routt, Colby Wort from Brown County and Kaiden Breckon from Carrollton.
