Zack Evans, a West Central Cougar, was recently named Second Team Class 1A All-State team by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association.
Evans averaged 21.1 ppg and scored 655 for the Cougars. He also led the team with 104 assists and 72 steals. Evans averaged 4.9 rebounds per game.
Evans, a junior, named Honorable Mention All-State by the Associated Press.
The Cougars finished 23-9 and were Co-Champion
