The following police reports were filed between March 3 and March 9. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Farris, Jamie D., dob 6-26-1972, aggravated battery/public place.
Farris, Jaken L., dob 2-07-1994, aggravated battery/public place.
Gauges, Adam E., dob 10-14-1978, aggravated battery/peace officer, criminal damage/government property less than $500.
Cherry, Christopher M., dob 7-17-1985, domestic battery/other prior.
Steveson, Nicky D., dob 9-15-1977, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Miller, Terry L., Jr., dob 4-15-1976, criminal trespass to vehicles.
Farris, Kendall J., dob 12-19-2002, consumption of liquor/minor.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Hargis, John Robert, dob 6-20-1990, driving under the influence of drug, unlawful display title/certification/plate – 1st.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
White, Dominic J., dob 2-06-2006, fleeing/attempting to elude officer, reckless driving, speeding 35+ mph over limit, headlight violation/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a ordinance violation:
Family Dollar, dob n/a, two charges of refusing to cut grass.
Marciniak, Steven, dob n/a, dob property damage, failure to obtain trailer permit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Thompson, Phyllis, dob 10-13-1966, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Glasgow, Kolby N., dob 11-06-2001, failure to reduce speed.
Defrates, Brandi L., dob 6-09-1983, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Hillman, Tucker B., dob 4-06-1996, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Douglas, Bradyn A., dob 7-30-2003, squealing/screeching tires.
Sherwin, Leah O., dob 7-08-2002, disregard official traffic-control device.
Heberling, Karen S., dob 1-25-1946, disregard official traffic-control device.
