The Pike County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop March 11 at 11:45 p.m. on State Highway 106 near I-72, East Hannibal on a 1999 Jeep.
Subsequent to an investigation, the driver, Billy J. Culp, 39, of Hannibal, Mo. was arrested on charges of: unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of hypodermic syringes, unlawful possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Culp was arrested and lodged in the Pike County Jail.
