James M. Lederle, 44, East St. Louis, was arrested March 7 on a charge of failure to appear. He was released March 7.
Bryan M. Smith, 28, Barry, was arrested March 7 on a charge of domestic battery. He was released March 7.
Amanda Kay Edwards, 36, Rodhouse, was arrested March 8 on a charge of failure to appear. She remains lodged.

Kimberly A. Smith, 32, Springfield, was arrested March 9 on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She remains lodged.
Amanda Jane Gijon, 39, Louisiana, Mo., was arrested March 11 on a charge of failure to appear. She was released March 11.
Jonathan M. Guthrie, 23, Pittsfield, was arrested March 9 on a charge of driver’s license never issued and failure to appear. He was released March 10.
Karrie Ann Sharrow, 46, Perry, was arrested March 12 on a charge of failure to appear. She was released March 12.
Billy J. Culp, 39, Hannibal, Mo., was arrested March 12 on a charge of adult use cannabis by a driver, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, disobey traffic control device, possession of a narcotic instrument and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. He remains lodged.
Blake A. Robb, 25, Bowling Green, Mo., was arrested March 9 on a charge of driving under the influence. He was released March 9.
Ervin Lee Shaw, 46, Hannibal, Mo., was arrested March 6 on two counts of failure to appear. He was released March 6.
