Winner, winner-chicken dinner this Sunday
Happy Spring everyone and what a smile this season brings as the renewal of life that has been dormant for those few short months, but yet seems like an eternity to some!
American Legion will be having chicken dinner this coming Sunday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sure don’t want to miss this and definitely helps them to keep the doors open.
Thanks to our Cemetery Sexton Kevin DeJaynes and his crew, along with the help of David Buchholz and John Thomas, the cemetery has been cleaned and it is now safe for you to put flowers and grave decorations back on your loved ones graves. There are also some new direction signs in cemetery to help avoid traffic issues, these were donated by Dave and Carla Buchholz. Thank you to all who do a wonderful job keeping this place beautiful.
Deepest sympathy is extended to the boys and family of Mike Miller, he was such a great guy and his wife, Debbie, passed few years ago used to write this town article. Very saddened to hear this. Also sympathy is extended to family of Shirley Looper, she was married to Bob Looper.

– Mark Twain
