Felonies:
Benson, Brett W., dob 8-07-1984, A charge of criminal damage to property between $500-$10K was amended/reduced; was found guilty on a charge of criminal damage to property less than $500, one year conditional discharge, fine.
Bliss, Anthony B., dob 11-27-1969, was found guilty on a charge of theft control intent between $500-$10K, four years in the Department of Corrections; a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
