The following police reports were filed between March 10 and March 16. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Pillman, Travis T., dob 12-21-1987, two charges of felony possession/use weapon/firearm.
Rill, David W., dob 3-05-1959, possession of meth less than five grams, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/loaded/no firearm conceal and carry, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sebastian, Garrett E., dob 12-24-1994, theft/control/person less than $500.
Shields, Daniel L., dob 5-28-1981, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
Skiff, Michael D., dob 3-18-1979, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individual was charged with ordinance violation:
Widman, Schon D., dob 2-16-1996, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:

Bogart, Michael Alan, dob 9-10-2004, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Ebert, Christopher D., dob 12-14-2004, driving on suspended license, improper traffic lane usage, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Gimlin, Deanne L., dob 4-09-1964, driving on suspended license.
Hendy, Samantha J., dob 3-10-1974, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Howell, Erick L.C., dob 7-30-1989, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
