The following police reports were filed between May 12 and May 18. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
• The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Wear, James R., dob 7-15-1950, aiding/abetting/possess/sell stolen vehicle, remove/alter/manufacturer ID, knew vehicle ID removed/falsified.
Richey, Brent H., dob 7-23-1990, possess an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, driving 21-25 mph above limit.

• The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Williams, Austin K., dob 3-12-1998, battery/cause bodily harm.
Palan, Randall J., dob 6-26-1964, violate order of protection.
• The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Springman, Hollie A., dob 12-01-2000, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
• The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Tucker, Maurriah D., dob 1-28-1995, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Ackley, Joyce A., dob 6-02-1956, driver’s license expired more than a year.
Chapman, Heather N., dob 2-13-1985, driving on suspended license.
Alonso, Jose M., dob 2-24-1984, driving/never issued a license.
Meharg, Crystal L., dob 12-09-1981, driver’s license expired more than a year.
Pruitt, David E., dob 10-10-1966, driving on revoked license.
• The following were charged with an ordinance violation:
Litchfield Bank and Trust, n/a, unlawful growth of weeds.
Pip-East, LLC, n/a, unlawful growth of weeds.
• The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Moulton, Andrew L., dob 9-10-1987, improper turn signal.
Jefferson, Vicki D., dob 5-31-1960, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Castleberry, Penny R., dob 10-02-1969, driving on left/prohibited.
Prehn, Julianne, dob 9-27-1960, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
White, Evelyn L., dob 9-08-2006, disregard official traffic-control device.
Mele, Alexa M., dob 6-16-1999, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Saracino, Nicholas S., dob 2-20-1992, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Bartlow, Ashley L., dob 5-23-1985, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Cockerill, Camden M., dob 2-10-2000, expiration of registration.
Sides, Etta M., dob 1-28-1978, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Matthews, Brianna D., dob 4-13-1993, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Lengsavath, Cross A., dob 5-27-2004, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Ballard, Sandra J., dob 6-05-1955, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Farris, Kelker J., dob 6-26-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
