The Calhoun County Board approved a grant agreement at the Tuesday, May 16, board meeting regarding improvements to Poor Farm Hollow Road.
The County along with the Village of Hardin will be rebuilding the road from Route 100 to the elementary school, Kyle Godar said.
In other new business the board approved the purchase of two new computer and software licenses for the Supervisor of Assessment office, to allow for the overlay mapping, and also discussed new Golden Eagle Ferry signage ,warning motorist not to block private driveways.
In old business, the board approved the minutes from their previous meeting and discussed plans for the elevator at the administrative building.
The next county board meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 5, at 5:30 p.m.
