Speaking at the Independence Christian Church this Sunday, May 28, at 10:30 a.m. will be Clint Weir. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
The Buggs Family Opry will be having their show this Friday, May 26, in Pearl with the show starting at 7 p.m.
Memorial Day Service Will Be At The Gray Cemetery Monday, May 29, Starting At 9:30 a.m.
There is to be a Fish Fry Fundraiser Thursday, June 8th, from 4:30-6 p.m. at the Pike County Senior Center in Pittsfield. Eat in or carry out. All ages are welcome.
There will be a Rules of the Road Class at the Pike County Senior Center, 220 West Adams, Pittsfield, Wednesday, June 14 from 1-3 p.m.. Any questions, please call 217-285-4969.

There was a good attendance at the salad luncheon, Monday, May 15th, at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center.
Wednesday, May 17, Cary Dunham and Wyvetta Davis met Sharon Straus at the Rebel Pig Restaurant in Palmyra, Mo, for lunch. Extremely good home cooked food and good visiting were both enjoyed.
Pittsfield High School Class of 1973 will be having their 50th class reunion, July 7- 9. The schedule of events are: Friday, July 7, Casual get-together at Old Orchard Country Club at 6:30 p.m. (Please bring snacks and sodas).Saturday, July 8, Golf at the Old Orchard Country Club at 10:00 a.m.Saturday Evening — Class Reunion with catered meal at the Pittsfield American Legion at 6:30 p.m. Photos will follow.
