Jersey fell to Alton last week as the Panthers hosted the Redbirds in baseball, 5-4.
Pete Barten had two hits with three at bats, one RBI and scored one run. Drake Goetten had one run and one hit with three at bats for the Panthers, Jacob Wagner had one run with one hit and one at bat, Zack Weiner had one hit with two at bats and two RBI, and Ethan Klunk was one for three at the plate with one run and one RBI.
Griffin Williams held the mound for six inning for the Panthers pithing four strikeouts.
The Panthers are set to host the Regional Championship game at 11 a.m.
