Two providers with the Jersey Community Hospital (JCH) Medical Group, Carrie Purdy, CPNP-PC and Krista Jenkins, PA-C, were recently recognized as Top Performers in the Provider category by PRC. This designation is based on the percentage of patients who rate the provider as “Excellent” for the Overall Quality of Care question or the percentage of patients who rate the provider as 9 or 10 for the Overall Provider Rating question. If the corresponding percentile ranking is at or above the 100th percentile, the provider will receive a Top Performer award.
100% of Carrie’s patients and 97.3% of Krista’s Patients say Excellent to the Overall Quality of Doctor Care, both of their scores are above the 100th percentiles in this national survey.
