St. John’s Alumni Reception will be held at the KC Hall in Carrollton from 2 to 4 p.m. All graduates of St. John’s high and grade schools are invited.
• Sunday, June 11
The May meeting of the Greene County Historical Society was moved to June 11, beginning at 2 p.m. in the Society’s historic Lee-Baker-Hodges Building on the northwest corner of the Carrollton Public Square. At that June meeting, after a brief business session and election of officers, a program about dairy operations in Greene County during the 1940s and ‘50s will be presented by Carol Farrow Piper of Jacksonville. Everyone is welcome.
