Jersey Community Hospital (JCH) is pleased to announce the addition of the state-of-the-art CAE Ares Mid-Fidelity Manikin to its emergency services training portfolio. This new addition offers a realistic and immersive experience for enhanced skill development with its advanced features and lifelike functionalities. The CAE Ares Mid-Fidelity Manikin sets a new standard in simulation technology, designed specifically for emergency medical services (EMS) and pre-hospital care training.
Key features of the CAE Ares Mid-Fidelity Manikin include:
1. Realistic Physiology: The manikin accurately replicates human vital signs, allowing trainees to practice essential procedures such as CPR, intubation, and IV access in a lifelike scenario.
2. Wireless Connectivity: Integrated wireless technology enables instructors to monitor and control the manikin remotely, adjusting vital signs, symptoms, and responses to create dynamic training scenarios.
3. Interactive Feedback: Ares provides immediate feedback on performance, enabling trainees to assess their skills and improve their techniques in real-time. This immediate feedback loop enhances the learning process and helps develop critical decision-making abilities.
4. Versatility: The manikin supports a wide range of emergency scenarios, including trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and more. Its anatomical accuracy and interchangeable components allow for diverse training experiences across various emergency medical situations.
“By adding the CAE Ares Mid-Fidelity Manikin to our training programs, we are creating additional measures to prepare our emergency responders for real-world challenges,” said Beth King, JCH CEO. “This innovative solution will empower trainees to refine their skills in a safe and controlled environment, ultimately improving patient outcomes.”
