There was plenty of action last week on the ball fields in Greene County in the Youth League Ball league. Greenfield traveled to North Greene and Carrollton girls played host to Palmyra in a game that ended in a tie.

Carrollton’s Bella Roth was just a little too fast stealing home plate. Batter Kyleigh Schmidt didn’t have time to get completely out of the batter’s box so there was a massive collision between the catcher, batter and runner.
