The balloon man was popular with the children at the Hope Changes Everything Event Saturday in Winchester. The event included a grocery-give-away, haircuts, a fun zone with inflatables, a free lunch and lots of hope and kindness.

What’s a party without food and the food was plentiful Saturday at the First Assembly of God’s Hope Changes Everything event at the Scott County 4-H Fairgrounds and Monument Park.
