The Lord continues to bless us with beautiful weather and I believe he will bless us with some much needed rain. It was a good day to be in the house of the Lord this morning. We met and approved a date in the near future for a Sunday morning concert with more details to come – so keep your eyes peeled to the church news.
Our message this morning came from the book of Micah 7:7-10: “How to fight when you fail.” The book of Micah is 70% prophecy with a total of 40 separate subjects scattered through the book; 73 verses out of 105, or 70 percent of the content, are predictive in nature. This book is a very interesting read. Verses 7-15 show Micah looking ahead to the ultimate victory of the Kingdom of God. In contrast to those who look to men for advice, the prophet announces, “I will look to the Lord and wait for the God of my salvation.
