Milton gearing up for spectacular Corn Carnival weekend
Milton-Pearl HCE will be accepting donations for their annual Corn Carnival Flea Market from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20 and Thursday, Sept. 21 at the Milton Community Center. Clothing will not be accepted. The money earned at the Flea Market helps support many local programs such as Christmas, Community Centers, Unmet Needs, Honor Flight and any more. This year will be the final Milton-Pearl HCE Corn Carnival Flea Market. The Flea Market will be open 4-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22 and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23 in the Milton Community Center. Anyone interested in continuing the flea market tradition is welcome to stop by while we’re setting things up, to see what’s involved.Vendors wanted for the Milton Corn Carnival, September 22-24. The First Annual Mullet Madness Contest will take place immediately following the Milton Corn Carnival parade Sept. 23. The parade begins at 1:30 pm.
