Felonies:
Tiffany L. Counts, dob 3-20-1988, was found guilty on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise/greater than $300 with a bond forfeiture/30 day notice, fine, three years in the Department of Corrections.
Tsynamon F. English, dob 6-24-1983, was found guilty on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise/greater than $300 with a bond forfeiture/30 day notice, two years probation, $300 fine.
Bryanna C. Kempfer, dob 9-01-1991, a charge of domestic battery/bodily harm was amended/reduced; was found guilty on a charge of battery/cause bodily harm, 24 month conditional discharge, $500 fine; a charge of aggravated battery/peace officer was dismissed.
