By BETH ZUMWALT A traffic stop near Hull resulted in the arrest of James A. Kurtz, 41 of Barry. The arrest happened Jan. 10 at 7:28 a.m. According to David Greenwood, Pike County Sheriff, the PCSD conducted the traffic stop 1/2 millionth of state highway 106 on a tan, 1995 Buick passenger car.
