The following police reports were filed between September 13 and September 19, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Jamie L. Walker, dob 11-12-1982, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Terry L. Miller, dob 4-15-1976, criminal trespass to land.
Cody A. Claussen, dob 3-25-1994, electronic harassment/disrupt service.
David A. Rudolph, dob 6-02-1977, bad checks/obtain control property.
Gino L. Esparza, dob 7-30-1994, aggravated assault/use deadly weapon.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Rdane Gale, dob 1-09-1960, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Michael C. Dixon, dob 11-08-1991, driving on a suspended license, failure to reduce speed, plate secure/height/visual/sticker/1-2.
Megan L. Hardesty, dob 4-11-1996, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Leland A. Benkowski, dob 5-05-2008, squealing/screeching tires.
Cody A. Phillips, dob 10-05-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Roman S. Kozlov, dob 3-16-1992, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Brooklynn E. Smith, dob 4-15-2008, squealing/screeching tires.
Jonah A. Schell, dob 10-27-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Lisa A. Ivers-Newton, dob 7-07-1967, expiration of registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Gaybrielle L. Gilbert, dob 5-30-1975, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
