Felonies
Jacob M. Coleman, dob 7-31-1996, will not prosecute on a charge of aiding/abetting/possession/sell stolen vehicle.
Elias L.D. Fraley, dob 3-23-1992, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated domestic battery/strangle, 24 months conditional discharge, $500 fine; a charge of possession of meth less than five grams was dismissed.
Audrey M. Hale, dob 11-01-1985, a with judgment/570/410 disposition was entered on a charge possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), two years probation/special conditions, $300 fine; charges of possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and operate uninsured motor vehicle, all charges with bond forfeiture/30 days notice were dismissed.
Aaron L. Herrman, dob 9-07-1985, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of criminal damage to property less than $500, six months supervision, $300 fine; a charge of criminal damage to property between $500-$10K was dismissed.
Crystal M. Yost, dob 11-06-1984, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of a credit/debit card, two years conditional discharge, $300 fine

Brooklynn M. Witt, dob 2-08-2003, will not prosecute on charges of resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee and obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
