The following police reports were filed between February 28 and March 06, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Sarah R. Baumgartner, dob 2-19-1980, two charges of financial exploitation of elderly/disabled between $300-$5K, forgery/issue/deliver document, two charges of unlawful possession of credit/debit card.
David L. Heape, dob 1-12-1982, domestic battery/contact/1-2 preconv.
James M. Seals, dob 9-29-1971, possession on meth less than five grams, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Garrett M. Brewer, dob 8-15-2005, consumption of liquor/minor.
Dylan J. Brown, dob 3-05-2004, consumption of liquor/minor.
Donna J. Groves, dob 6-16-1979, give/sell liquor to a minor.
Brooke C. Stockstill, dob 8-01-2005, consumption of liquor/minor.
The following individual was charged with conservation violation:
Patrick S. Russell, dob 9-15-1989, unlawful transport of a weapon.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Markham Jamie Brown, dob n/a, two charges of dog running at large.
Andrew M. Robeen, dob 5-311995, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gang Wang, dob 12-11-1983, negligent driving.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Dawson J. Klunk, dob 10-12-2000, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Quentin C. Renfrow, dob 5-06-2003, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Timothy L. Brockman, dob 9-18-1979, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Robert W. Bryant, dob 7-17-1968, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jacob Aexander Denton, 3-08-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Savannah N. Kanturek, dob 9-16-1996, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Nichole L. Lewis, dob 10-06-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Connor N. Miller, dob 2-28-2004, unlicensed, driving 1-10 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Barbara Jean Romain, dob 11-26-1965, failure to reduce speed.
