The following police reports were filed between April 18 and April 24, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Lana A. Rider, dob 9-09-1984, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Jason W. Biermann, dob 1-27-1973, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Danny J. Copeland, dob 11-24-1976, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Kayla Marie Arnold, dob 5-27-2001, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jacob C. Esparza, dob 12-22-1995, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Alexander Matthew Hubbell, dob 1-24-2005, speeding 26-34 m ph over limit.
Adam J. Schroeder, dob 4-04-1983, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Leslea A. Stephens, dob 7-11-1969, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Paul G. Warner, dob 6-21-1963, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Michael J. Waters, dob 2-14-1981, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL.
Samantha A. Waters, dob 10-14-1999, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Diane E. Atkins, dob 12-8-1962, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed.
Olivia Louise Beightel, dob 6-11-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Anthony Q. Fowler, dob 2-10-1961, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kyle J. Freand, dob 12-07-1998, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Jordan Thomas Hatter, dob 12-17-2000, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Joshua R. Pochek, dob 10-10-1987, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jordan C. Pruitt, dob 5-01-1991, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Stanley L. Starkweather, dob 11-27-1950, failure to reduce speed.
Jason W. Stewart, dob 1-07-1984, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Jason Charles Vanausdoll, dob 4-22-1980, unlicensed.
Ashley R. Winters, dob 4-26-1986, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
