The following police reports were filed between May 02 and May 08, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Bradley J. Mersereau, dob 8-30-1989, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Brody W. Vaughn, dob 7-07-2006, negligent driving.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Christa Elizabeth Williams, dob 10-13-1995, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Ray C. Burney, dob 10-13-1968, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Michael J. Eilerman, dob 8-27-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Hayden Lee Goheen, dob 11-01-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Nathaniel L. Hawes, dob 9-20-1988, failure to reduce speed.
Nicholas Ronald Needs, dob 6-06-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Mitchell B. Smith, dob 4-05-2002, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
