The following police reports were filed between May 09 and May 15, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Bryan T. Turner, dob 10-28-1967, possession of meth between 5-15 grams, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Tina L. Carroll, dob 11-13-1962, dump garbage, trash, refuse.
Dustin T. Charles, dob 7-29-1992, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Kimberly N. Gent, dob 8-02-1978, two charges of gradian allows child truancy.
Megan E. Powers, dob 2-22-1985, violate order of protection.
Emily P. Rowling, dob 6-10-1990, maintain original container/1st, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nicole R. Stillwell, dob 4-10-1988, guardian allows child truancy.
Javen E. Woolsey, dob 3-05-1985, three charges of criminal trespass to land, three charges of disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Blake C. Crotchett, dob 3-10-1998, driving under the influence of alcohol/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Brendan M. Stamper, dob 1-02-1998, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Valon Jusufi, dob n/a, accumulation of rubbish/garbage, unlicensed and inoperable vehicles, tall grass.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Darin L. Day, dob 1-30-1986, driving on a suspended license, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Tyler D. Spratley, dob 9-13-2005, speeding 35+ mph over limit, driving on a suspended license.
Jacob D. Wilkinson, dob 2-26-1997, driving on a suspended license, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jessica Erin Berger, dob 6-13-1992, seat belt required/passenger.
Robert J. Goetten, dob 7-19-1982, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Arin Jameson Gorby, dob 2-10-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Ethan Patrick Heaviside, dob 6-01-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Kevin J. Hughes Fleming, dob 2-06-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Bryce Allen King, dob 5-07-2008, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
