The following police reports were filed between May 16 and May 22, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Brusce W. Benson II, dob 9-13-1994, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, aggravated battery/public place.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Allison Gwartney, dob 1-07-1991, two charges of cruelty to animals.
Richard N. Knapp, dob 6-30-1949, battery/makes physical contact.
Patricia A. Bedwell, dob 6-12-1976, theft control intent less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Landon W. Benson, dob 1-17-2008, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Gary L. Evans, dob 9-04-1963, open burning.
Timothy R. Seymour, dob 3-06-1972, unlawful growth of weeds.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Larry J. Weinant, dob 7-09-1968, improper traffic lane usage.
Chad L. Lonergan, dob 10-14-1982, improper traffic land usage.
Adonis D. Willis, dob 3-10-1993, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Holly A. O’Neal, dob 3-21-1973, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Logan M. Manns, dob 10-13-2000, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Justin R. Stout, dob 12-13-1987, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Amie M. Raymond, dob 2-02-1978, electronic communications device.
David M. Crull, dob 5-02-1960, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Mary H. Sethaler, dob 2-04-1969, electronic communications device.
Katherine M. Korte, dob 12-13-1964, electronic communications device.
Charli Ann Hickes, dob 1-29-2009, driver under the age of 19/wireless phone/1-2.
Steven M. Hill, dob 5-03-1974, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Chandler E. Gilbert, dob 6-30-2007, mufflers/1st and 2nd, squealing/screeching tires.
