Felonies
Donald J. Herring Jr., dob 11-04-1966, a charge of felony possession of a weapon/2nd+ was amended/reduced.
Matthew L. Hill, dob 7-8-1982, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), one year conditional discharge, $400 fine; charges of possession of cannabis 10-30 grams/1st and operate uninsured motor vehicle were dismissed.
Kyle L. Roady, dob 2-25-1964, will not prosecute on charges of criminal trespass to residence/person present and criminal damage to property less than $500.
James M. Seals, dob 9-29-1971, a withheld judgement/646/70 disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, 24 months probation/special conditions, $300 fine; charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage and transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver were dismissed.
Austin K. Williams, dob 3-12-1998, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation, $300 fine, 30 days credit for time served; revoke/vacate/probation, five years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release (MSR).

Luke J. Smith, dob 12-29-1994, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of disorderly conduct, one year supervision, $100 fine.
