The following police reports were filed between May 16 and 22, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Franklin M. Heindricks, dob 10-01-1988, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), driving under the influence of any amount of drug.
Christina M. McAdams AKA Carraway, dob 7-11-1988, aggravated domestic battery.
Ciara R. Young, dob 4-20-1993, theft/control less than $500/prior.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Alexis F. Bollinger, dob n/a, theft lost/mislaid property less than $500.
Heather M. Breedlove, dob 6-23-1988, trespassing to a safe school zone/student/employee.
Nicholas M. Hill, dob 12-19-2003, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Sunjhata N. Thurston, dob 1-28-1982, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
The following individual was charged with contempt of court:
Ashley Corrigan, dob n/a, direct criminal contempt.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Lucas Michael Streich, dob 3-06-1989, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Andy G. Lewis, dob 4-17-1975, domestic battery/bodily harm, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Carolyn Drulard, dob n/a, dog running at large.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Markell B. Gipson, dob 12-07-1992, driving on a suspended license, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Christian J. Graves, dob 5-30-2002, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Jesse J. Harpole, dob 4-29-1998, speeding 35 mph over limit, driving/no license/permit/age.
Braden Augustin Pohlman, dob 1-16-2007, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Aaron M. Sears, dob 5-18-2002, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Richard D. Vancil, dob 6-17-1977, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Glenn K. Wolfe, dob 9-12-2003, speeding 35+ mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Jayda A. Bennett, dob 2-26-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.

Genaya L. Herron, dob 6-22-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Megan I. Hood, dob 11-09-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Harold L. Kessinger, dob 7-17-1979, electronic communications device.
Neal K. Owens, dob 4-05-1981, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Jamialynn M. Schanuth, dob 10-18-1997, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Aaron M. Sears, dob 5-18-2002, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Trey R. Tuey, dob 10-10-1994, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Brody W. Vaughn, dob 7-07-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Abigail Jean Vessell, dob 7-20-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
