Terrie J. Miller, dob 8-23-1973, will not prosecute on charges of forgery/issue/deliver document, theft control intent person less than $300, and aggravated domestic battery.
Misdemeanors
Jermaine Johnson Jr., dob 11-27-1994, will not prosecute on a charge of obstructing identification.
Robert W. Lucks, dob 11-17-1991, will not prosecute on a charge of possession of cannabis between 10-30 grams/1st.

Montana Strader V, dob 8-22-1990, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated DUI/4, $549 fine, three years in the Department of Corrections, mandatory supervised release (MSR); aggravated DUI/5/passenger under the age of 16, was dismissed.
Laura M. Riley, dob 4-12-1990, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), 30 months probation, $300 fine.
