Greenfield School District is proud to announce the approval of its newly developed Strategic plan, marking a significant milestone for the district. This comprehensive plan outlines the districts’ new vision, mission and a three-to-five-year roadmap to guide the future of education in Greenfield.
The Strategic Plan was shaped by valuable input from a wide range of stakeholders, including students, staff, parents/guardians and community members.
The collaborative process, which brought together a diverse group of voices, ensures that the district’s direction is aligned with the needs and aspirations of the entire Greenfield community.
“We are committed to ensuring that every student at Greenfield has access to the tools and resources they need to succeed in an ever-changing world,” Greenfield Superintendent Andy Stumpf said. “This strategic planning plan is an opportunity to ensure all members of our community have their voices heard, align our efforts and build a shared vision that will guide us into the future.”
The plan was formally approved on June 23 by the Greenfield Board of Education and will take effect for the 2025-26 school year and beyond. District leaders, staff, students, parents and community members have all contributed to this vision for a brighter future, with the district eager to begin working on the plan’s goals immediately.
“We are excited to share this plan with our community and invite everyone to engage with us as we work together toward a shared future,” Stumpf said. “This Strategic Plan will be the foundation of everything we do moving forward, ensuring that our students are equipped for success in the years to come.”
All members of the community are encouraged to review the plan and actively participate in the district’s growth and development.
“This initiative is not just a roadmap for the district’s future, it is an invitation for the entire Greenfield community to contribute to shaping the path ahead,” Stumpf said.
