On the Front Line for Customer Service: Elevating Everyday Interactions

Customer service is the heartbeat of any organization. This flexible program covers ten essential topics and can be tailored to fit your team’s needs. Whether delivered in one session or spread out for deeper learning, it’s designed for participants from 8th grade through adulthood, with age-appropriate content and activities.

Leadership Skills: Empowering Local Leaders

This program offers essential training in strategic decision-making, professional etiquette, and active listening for city council members, county board members, and committee leaders. Participants learn to build trust, prioritize community needs, and lead with integrity.

Real Colors: Understanding Personality & Communication

This interactive workshop introduces four common personality types and teaches participants how to communicate effectively with each. Offered to both youth (13+) and adults, Real Colors is ideal for schools, businesses, medical professionals, government offices, and more. At just $17 per person, this hands-on experience is a favorite among teams looking to boost morale and understanding. Class sizes range from 15 to 45 participants.

Closet Confidence: Dress Smart for the Part

This workshop blends style education and expectations with personal empowerment. Discover how what you wear can change how you feel and are seen. This is an empowering workshop that blends style, self-expression, and career readiness! Together, we will decode dress codes, learn how wardrobe choices impact personal confidence, and get tips on building a smart wardrobe!
