Who knew making a snow cone could be so much fun, but Carrollton Jr. Miss Harper Hoaglin seems to be getting a kick out of the snow cone machine as she helps to make one of hundreds of snow cones handed out during the Boyd Summer Bash held at Fry Park in Carrollton this past Saturday.
