The following police reports were filed between August 1 and August 8, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Carl O. Beck, dob 3-14-1972, violate order of protection.
Shonchraz M. Leavy, dob 12-20-1997, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Michael E. Newingham, dob 5-01-1980, possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Daniel L. Dublo, dob 10-08-1968, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
Daniel J. Legate, dob 12-13-1991, operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, operating a watercraft under the influence//blood alcohol concentration 0.08, operating a watercraft without a lanyard cutoff.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Kaden Gage Cottingham, dob 9-28-2005, negligent driving.
Sharon Shanks, dob n/a, roof and drainage.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Lucas L. Nolan, dob 5-04-1982, violate rule/state park.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Johanna McClintock, dob 4-26-1985, domestic battery/physical contact.
Lance McClintock, dob 9-23-1988, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Gavin M. Parris, dob 1-18-2009, reckless driving, unlicensed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Sreeram Ala, dob 8-11-1986, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Chole Isabella Beemer, dob 5-13-2009, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Allison L. Biggs, dob 7-17-1995, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Lawrence E. Brown III, dob 10-18-1988, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Keishia M. Ferguson, dob 12-28-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Ronnie L. Freand, dob 7-20-1952, unauthorized use/holder not present.
Andrew James Hilmes, dob 8-23-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Anna K. Hood, dob 11-10-1991, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Kevin L. Huelskoetter, dob 1-19-1988, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Kyle R. Lucas, dob 6-23-1981, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Halee D. Meyer, dob 4-25-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Alexis Ramirez, dob 9-30-2001, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Bradley D. Rulo, dob 12-28-2001, squealing/screeching tires, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Trevor L. Sedlacek, dob 10-26-1996, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Zachary Joseph Steck, dob 8-14-1999, violate license classification 1st and 2nd division, unregistered/expired registration.
Krysha A. Upchurch, dob 9-04-1997, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
