The following police reports were filed between August 15 and August 21, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Brandon C. Allen, dob 7-25-1989, retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300.
James D. Childers, dob 7-25-1986, theft/unauthorized control/between $10K-$100K.
Charles E. Kyle, dob 9-20-1987, theft/unauthorized control/between $10K-$100K.
Deanna R. Renfroe, dob 9-21-1980, theft/display merchandise/less than 300/preconv.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Hope M. Darr, dob 5-27-1994, battery/cause bodily harm.
Quentin A. McEvers, dob 8-20-1987, two charges of criminal trespass to building.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Robert L. Brady, dob 1-26-1961, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, driving 15-20 mph above limit, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Kelsey E. Brandt, dob 8-18-1990, domestic battery/physical contact.
Elizabeth K. Turner, dob 2-11-1986, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Parker Thomas Macias, dob 6-03-2005, negligent driving.
Shonyale M. Overstreet, dob 10-17-1993, negligent driving.
John H. Yoch, dob 3-20-1940, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Allen C.E. Faltin, dob 8-07-1994, driving on a revoked license.
Scott R. Hartkopf, dob 6-15-1987, driving on a suspended license.
Kyra C. McDonald, dob 11-19-2007, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Juan Carlos Perez Martinez, dob 1-01-1996, driving/never issued a license, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Justin L. Archer, dob 7-27-1983, no window tinting or treatment immediately adjacent to each side of the driver.
Olivia L. Beightel, dob 6-11-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Dylan Alexander Carter, dob 9-27-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Eric L. Clevenger, dob 12-02-1971, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Carlos A. Dominguez, dob 7-09-1967, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jaime L. Hernandez, dob 11-01-1989, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Justin M. Howell, dob 10-04-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Bobby G. Hubbard, dob 1-08-1980, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Ashley N. Lewis, dob 1-04-1987, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Carlos R. Lopez, dob 1-14-1980, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Raymond R. Reynolds, dob 4-14-1985, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Paige R. Rohr, dob 10-18-2001, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
George L. Ross, dob 7-14-2004, driving on left/prohibited, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brent A. Sanders, dob 4-12-1989, unlicensed.
Brooklyn M. Sims, dob 3-18-2008, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Gerald Scott Turman, dob 6-15-1966, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kingston T. Walker Stephens, dob 10-18-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
